The LAY support team work on a not-for-profit basic and are ready to share onshore job opportunities in partnership with YotSpot and expert guidance in financial matters, career coaching, transferable skillsets, business mentoring and more. They can be contacted at any time via our free online portal, and in person at our annual event held at the Monaco Yacht Club.
Our portal acts a as matchmaker between crew needs and interests and expert partners offering their advice. It highlights jobs ashore and acts as a gateway for crew to reach their full potential in landing those jobs. We are also working to get superyacht qualifications and experience recognised by educational establishments and non-yachting employers, and have mentors who can point crew in the right direction for training, retraining or learning alongside onboard work.
